Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord. It is the Lord Christ you are serving (Col.3:23, 24 NIV). From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does it’s work (Eph. 4:16 NIV) . Both natural and spiritual qualities reach their greatest
effectiveness when employed in the service of God for
His glory. These qualities allow for the exchange of
ideas and strategies for effective exchange within a
ministry setting. The volunteer initiative can leverage
improvements in productivity and quality for any ministry.
Volunteerism creates an atmosphere diversity, learning,
and communication. Volunteering prepares individuals
for the work/life field. Volunteers are especially vital
to churches; they assist churches with varied tasks.
